Golden Hill // Complete Communities starts in Golden Hill
This new project for the neighborhood of Golden Hill - a 91 unit development by Create Development, dubbed “The Minn.” Located along Broadway, residents will have easy access to MTS Route 2 with frequent service to Downtown and North Park. The development is also located across I-5 from the City College Transit Center, and near the new Pershing Bikeway for a more active connection to Mid-City neighborhoods. will open Winter 2025.
This project was made possible by new Complete Communities zoning. Without Complete Communities, the lots could only have supported a base density of 14 units and a maximum density of 21 units. With Complete Communities, that rises to 91 units with 8 designated affordable.
