The Lindley

The Lindley stands out as one of San Diego’s newest and most exciting apartment buildings. Developed by the Toll Brothers and designed by Joseph Wong Design Associates, this project began construction in 2022 and is on track for completion in 2024.

With over 362 units, The Lindley offers a range of living options, including one and two-bedroom units, penthouses, and townhouses. Notably, 30 of these units are reserved for affordable housing, contributing to a more inclusive community. Additionally, the building features approximately 10,700 square feet of ground-floor retail space, enhancing the urban environment and providing residents with convenient amenities.
