Situated only a block away from the City College trolley station and nestled in the northeast corner of downtown San Diego, Pinnacle’s proposed Pacific Heights brings a welcome addition to a relatively less dense area of the urban core.

With 60 affordable and 492 total units, the 31 story project will add much needed housing supply to an underutilized plot of downtown. With 2,250 square feet of retail, Pacific Heights will have space for valuable ground floor shops. The plot is currently only occupied by surface parking and a McDonald’s.
