Adjacent to the 12th and Imperial Transit Center, Logan Yards aims to become one of San Diego's largest transit-oriented projects.

Spanning 3.89 acres at 1521 National Avenue, Logan Yards is a proposed mixed-use development by Impact Housing currently under city review. The project promises much-needed street activation and a seamless connection between Barrio Logan and Downtown San Diego. It is set to offer approximately 900 residential units, including studios, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as live/work units. Additionally, the project includes over 10,000 square feet of retail space and around 32,000 square feet of green space.
