A brand new condo building is under constriction in Downtown San Diego. Being built by Bosa, a Canadian developer with Vancouver condos as their bread and butter. They return their business model to San Diego. Their last condo project here being Savina in Little Italy in 2019. This project consists of Ground Floor Retail, 399 Condos, and a Public Private Partnership (PPP) park in conjunction with the City. The building will have amenities like a Pool and Spa on the 5th floor, a 5th floor clubroom, a roof top lounge on 40th floor, exercise studios, a gaming room, craft room, bike storage and maintenance, pet spa and facilities.

This project like Bosa's other projects are luxury, yet it is in a brand new area to them. They have previously done Discovery in Cortez Hill nearby another project in East Village by Petco Park.
