10th and Robinson is a multi-family housing project currently under construction in the vibrant neighborhood of Hillcrest. Designed by Studio E Architects, the same firm behind the 8th Avenue Family Housing and 8th and University projects, this development will introduce 69 new apartments to the area.
In addition to providing much-needed housing, 10th and Robinson will also feature a ground-level co-working lounge, catering to the growing trend of remote work. The project will also include a penthouse-level outdoor terrace, offering residents a relaxing space to unwind and enjoy views of the surrounding neighborhood. To promote sustainable transportation options, the development will provide bike parking spaces along with nine car parking spaces.
10th and Robinson is not just a housing project; it's a testament to the city's commitment to creating livable, inclusive communities. By adhering to the principles of the Complete Communities policy, this project is a step in the right direction toward addressing the city's affordable housing needs. While 69 units won't solve the housing crisis overnight, it represents meaningful progress and underscores the importance of continued efforts to increase affordable housing options in San Diego.
